What a joke

Waited 40 minutes in que at drive threw, when we come in front to collect order they told us the strips isn't ready yet we must wait futher. Finaly we get it, i found 2 hairs in my twister and other twister was clearly rewarmed as you cold see it in the letuce, im so disgusted
