Poor service at Drive Thru

Terrible service cashier Nontando, apart for being too slow for a drive thru she does not know her product, did not know what the virgin mojito krusher was. I paid with a card, she insist I had to give her my pin since she could not get the card machine through the window, had to look for cash cos there was no way I could give her my card pin code. Also there's a lot of men that poses as car guards outside the shop and they ask customers to buy them food or give them money... It does not feel safe!
