Why sell burnt bread?

Yesterday, I sent an email to: [Email Removed] no one bothered to respond. Below is a copy of the email. A person can just respond, nothing major.

Good day,

I bought two loaves of Sasko everyday sandwhich bread with batch number: BTO B4 S1 012 15:52 and expiring on the 16th of January 2013.

This bread was burnt, as a result, affecting the quality and the taste I'm used to. If you burn bread during the baking process, then don't pack and sell such bread. This has spoiled my lunch because I'm used to just eating bread. There was no right bread on the shelf so I couldn't leave the burnt ones for good ones.
