Service was poor by waiter Dennis

I was last night with friends of mine and the waiter Dennis treated us like.

1) When we ordered he was paying attention to another table.
2) i had to open my own beer which is not my duty.
3) the manner he was talking to me was utterly rude
4) Waiting for the bill was taking 20 minutes. i had to stand up to go to him, i felt like leaving honestly.
