Pathetic Service

I have ordered from the Brakpan Branch before and have not had problems with delivery before. All of a sudden I get told that Sunward Park is closer to me, but she doesn't know if they deliver here. My delivery will take longer. We have waited for over an hour and a half for our delivery. After another call back, I get told it is on the way. This is not the way that you treat a client.
