Pathetic service and food

On the 27th of November we bought a pizza only to find that the base was not cooked thoroughly. We returned the pizza thinking that they will take it back refund or give us a freshly baked one but no. To my suprised we were given attitude enterogated by the stuff there. Then we were told we wasting their stock by us eating the disgusting 2 slices (which were put back in the box). Adding to that she has the nerve to up and leave while we complaining and goes to the colleague to inform the colleague that we complaining, doing so with attitude basically saying that we think we better than other people cause we complaining. Such behaviour is un called for. I'm not going to mention the very rude guy that answers the phone there.. This matter should be attended, such service is apauling and will bring the company name down! I will never buy my food there and will make sure nobody I know goes to that place.
