"Manager" laughed at irate customers

Ordered 1 kiddies pizza at 7.30pm, was told 15 minute wait.

Went to collect at 7.50pm, pizza not even in oven. "Manager" Mary just shrugged and laughed at my husband. I went in at 8.05pm to collect, other customers also complaining, manager just kept giggling and thought it was all a joke. Finally got pizza at 8.10pm, thrown in box, folded in half, stuck to the lid of box and half burned.

No apologies, just got told by manager that the owner of the shop who took my order "doesn't know the timing of cooking pizza". Another customer demanded their money back while I was there.

Disgusting don't care attitude, poorly cooked food, and the gall to laugh at me when I complained. 40 minutes to cook and burn a KIDDIES pizza?! The staff in this "fast food" shop should have a complete makeover of attitude, manners, and cooking school.
