On the 26th of November 2013 i made an online order for my pizza and the lady that called me back confirmed a totally wrong order, when i tried to correct her she said i do not know what i want and hanged up the phone on my ears, the i went on to call her back then the manager (Lucky) answered and said if i have a problem with them i must report to the store, of which i did and upon arrival the manager thought i was lying about the rudeness of his staff member i then pulled out a recording of the conversation i had with the lady and he asked his staff why she was so rude on the phone and then they promised that they will address this and send a apology letter which they never did, then i went on to ask for the general managers contact details and he said he is not willing to give me any information i must pay for my order and leave as they will sort it out later. I have not experienced such bad service from Debonairs and i wish that this could be rectified so that not another customer can experience such.
