Bad service

So i was on the drive through trying to order my food and this lady by the name of Kholofelo/Pholofelo who happened to be taking my order, she gave me a bad service bad attitude as if she want us place. according to my understanding she couldn't get rid of us into that window cause i ordered the zinger wings and she immediately said it will cost this much and I told her that I'm not done and she replied with nasty attitude towards me. it was not the first time we experience such service it has been for 3rd or 4th time this happening to me
