I ordered at the drive-thru window but by the time i got to the pay window I wanted to add an item (winglets). The lady at the window (I think her name is Thuli) said I couldn't do this and would have to drive around again to order. Of course I couldn't believe this is true but that doesn't really bug me. What does miff my grill is her attitude. Her approach was degrading and condescending, so much to the point that she was shouting at me and four passenger.
I asked her for the manager/supervisor whom I was told is in the office and was unavailable. I asked for him to come over and she refused. At this stage I parked the car and asked for him, as it turns out he was available and I had a chat with him - Alfred/Alpheus.

He apologised and gave me my winglets and after exchanging particulars (name, number and email), he promised to mail me with an official apology for his colleague's attitude and further confirmed that should a client wants to change an order before cash-payment this is allowed.

I am still waiting for my apology by email.
