Waiter asks us why we need her name!!!

And so we went to NEWSCAFE HILLFOX on saturday night wit a friend..To say the service was terrible is an understatement!

We met a waiter that blatantly told us we should go order from the bar when we asked for her assistance. When i requested her name she asked me why i needed it. We asked 4 a manager who came with the same attitude. they both refused to divulge their names, my friend actually had to take their pictures with her phone- to which the manager asked why r we taking pics of them. They panicked when she followed them to the kitchen continuing to take their pictures.
A third man, Indian male, who claimed to be the Senior Manager also came during the commotion, but also gave stories when we requested the names of the waitress and the other manager - He claimed he's forgotten the manager's name... They were more worried about the publicity instead of sorting out the problem. Until we left the place, not apology was received. The Indian Manager chose to not come out of the kitchen. When we went back and told him that we are still waiting for an apology or a formal response to our query, he told us the restaurant is busy
