Shocking service at an Exorbitant Price

I have never received such disgusting service at such an exorbitant price. Being based in the world trade centre I often purchase from Katz Cafe purely from a convenience point of view and have chosen to ignore the poor service and stinking attitudes of their staff. However this morning I have given in. I was charged R24 for a half a cup of yogurt, and when asked politely to fill my cup I was blankly refused. When asking why, the two ladies behind the counter spoke in a language I did not understand and as I walked out the one proceeded to throw her hand in the air at me. About a month ago I ordered a chocachino and when given a capuccino I was told that I DID NOT order a chocachino. This poor service has been going on for months do to lack of supervision and proper management during the day. I have seen not only with myself, but how poorly the staff treat ALL customers.
