KFC NEED TO CHANGE ITS SERVICE POLICY

KFC has gone way down in service delivery. We have to wait fopr our orders to be complete - once for more than 20 minutes, the people who take the orders does not understand English, they are too often offline with card machines. The chicken is often still uncooked. Items are too often not included in order or not supplied with order. Why do you place the order at one window and then u have to pay the people who is preparting the order and they are often too busy and confused to still handle your payment, etc. Get it right or get out. I am no longer willing to spend my money on poor service providers.
