I would like to give a complement to a lady by the name of Mulalo from KFC in Sandton. After the lady who assisted me at the till was not much help, and after waiting a long while for my order, Mulalo took it upon her self to request my order, I then received it shortly. She just made my day, and my greatest gratitude to her. She offered me great customer service.
