Mansells Take Aways bad service & attitude

I work in Killarney Gardens, Killarney Ave. We have a corner Take Away's (Mansells), which I do not buy from on a regular basis, but there is the odd occasion. Yesterday I ask one of my colleagues to buy us fish & chips, to my horror the chips was not well done, 1 peace of fish was fresh and the other peace had a terrible stink smell to it. We called the Manager and he was rude and bad mannered, he refused to replace the bad fish. I called again today to ask if the fish was going to be replaced, and again it was refused. I asked the Managers details, it was refused. I tried to reason with the assistant, she was not much help either. I questioned other colleagues who previously bought food from them and most had the same problem, hair that is found in food, pieces of foil, food that is not well done, old or stail food, ect. I do not think that this is fair on anybody that spends money on food, to get such a bad service with attitude from Mansells Take Away's. We work hard for our money and not everybody has a vehicle to drive to a decent place to buy food, so the next best place would be your closest Take Away's, which is Mansells.
