Pathetic Service!!!

Today @ 8:45 i ordered break fast from Wimpy and requested for some extra's, the delivery was done however the order was not complete, i called back and a lady named TAMARA answered and told me these will be delivered in the next few minutes, the time is now 2:10 and still nothing.

i phoned back to complain about this and spoke to "The Owner", she is very rude, has a horrible attitude, does not listen to you when you speak, and no custumer service skills what so ever. she was not helpfull, she did not apologies, just kept on blaming the system (NOT MY PROBLEM) and kepy making excuses for everything.

This is NOT the first time this happens and the fact that The owner (as she calls herself) has no sense of accountability and NO CARE IN THE WORLD of her reputation as a business is shocking!!!

PATHETIC, PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!
