Forgot about my orde

Hi. I just want to complain about your pathetic service. I called in Wimpy Braamfontein and placed my order. Only to phone an hour later and find out that the person who took down my order did not process it. The Manager says that i must give her my order and then she will process it immediately. I said that I dont want to order anything now and i was upset. What kind of customer service is this? Surely your business revolves around customers and ensuring that they are happy.

I am just disgusted with pathetic service that i recieved.
