DREADFUL SERVICE!!!

CFM were meant to install a walk-in freezer & cold room for my new restaurant BEFORE 1st July 2013.But they did not. All my stock arrived 1st July & I had nowhere to store it. My restaurant opened it's dors on 3rd July, still with no fridge or freezer. Eventually after making a big fuss for 2 days, they began installation late on 3rd July. From day 1 the freezer pipes were leaking badly into the freezer. The water would freeze on the floor (very thick, like an ice-rink - stock frozen to floor & therefore needing to be thrown out & wasted etc). Then the freezer would defrost itself and the ice would melt, leak out the freezer & flood my kitchen (every day). I phoned from day 1, but they wouldn't come fix it. Eventually after threats they came to fix it. The problem persisted. I phoned every day, eventually in November when my freezer suddenly went to 20'C & I lost a whole lot more stock, they responded saying it was my fault because I'm meant to have it serviced every 2 months (prob started on day1!!!) & that I must pay. I agreed due to urgency. They arrived whilst I was briefly out. Instead of phoning me to ask when I'd be back etc... they just left and are not returning! Wish I could write more!!
