No Spring Onions On Pizza

I ordered an Original Veggie pizza yesterday from Debonairs Weltevredenpark and it came without any spring onions on it. A few weeks ago I ordered a Tikka Chicken from the same place and it also did not have spring onions on it. The menu that they gave me with the pizza says very clearly that the pizzas have spring onion on them so I don't understand why there was none on my pizza.

I feel very cheated since I think that the branch is trying to save money by cheating customers by leaving off certain pizza toppings. It basically amounts to since they are knowingly doing it.
