Horiffic service and terrible attitude by manage

This was the absolute worst service I have experienced in recent memory. The evening began poorly when our table had been booked under the incorrect name. Once we had been seated our waiter, a late 20's/early 30's white male took our order. We waited close to 40 minutes for our meal, while the meals of people around us, who had arrived after us came and went. When we asked the waiter what the holdup was, he replied rudely instead of offering to look into it. The three ordered meals (nachos, fajitas and amazeballs) certainly should not have taken 40 minutes to prepare. We called over the manager then dealt with the matter in the most unprofessional way- instead of asking what the matter was and apologising for the delay, he reprimanded the person at the table who gestured for him to come over. I will never return to this restaurant and I will certain spread the word that this service was amongst the worst imaginable.
