Bad service, long waiting time, rude waiter, ETC

We arrived at the restaurant at 19h05 on the evening of the 30 September 2013 for a friends 25th birthday
We ordered at latest 10 minutes after everyone else except for 2 guys that ordered with us and a older couple at our table that ordered after us
We ordered the buy 1 get 1 free nacho (full portion), one being with guacamole and the other not
After 1h30 everyone else including the 2 guys who had ordered the exact same as us and the older couple had all received their food except for us. We then complained and waited a further 30min just to receive 2 small portions of nachos and BOTH had guacamole. We then sent it back and cancelled the order. Each time the waiter came to our table we complained and on return to the kitchen he gave a us a dirty look as if we were absolute of the earth and that is not appreciated. Furthermore the manager did not manage to speak with the waiter correctly to receive our order as we made it hence the small portions both with guacamole, unlike previously said, 1 HAD to be without as my partner is highly allergic to avocados. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that we frequent and spend such a great deal of money at
