Do not give a about their bad service

Me and a collegue bought a cheese burger and chips each yesterday. It tasted funny, but I was so hungry that I finished my. My collegue only finished half as we discovered that the cheese smelled BAD! I took the half back to Natasha (the Manager) and she just said that she will speak to the rep. I went back to today to asked what the rep said and apparently there was nothing wrong with it according to him. Nether the less I puked and had a heavy headach. She also replied that it was only 2 complaints! So how many complaints do you need to get before you do something about this!!! This is not the first time that I received bad service from the shop and we pay a small fortune for it and still they dont care.

While standing there waiting for our food. The one lady was busy with the coffee masjien and the cashier (Morne) smacked her on the!!! She spilled hot milk on her and on the floor. He just walked on and nothing was done about this! And yes the manager was standing there and saw it as well!
