KFC is Jansen Park has real bad service, Drive Thru not working, no employee assist users to use the drive thru, many cars waiting in a line, then when at the window one gets told to come inside or go the other side?? KFC recently changed they way they serve customers, this is causing a delay in servicing the customers, causing long wait time, what could have taken me 10 minutes, took me almost 30 minutes. please can this service be rectified.
