Bad service and unprofessionalism

I am a regular customer at this specific branch because it is around the corner of my house. Wednesday night was the last time that I will ever go to De Kelder again. Apart from the pizza that I ordered that was burnt, dry and remarkably smaller than usual (I am not sure if this is the standard on special night), the manager did not apologise and the waiter was sarcastic. A few weeks ago I ordered a medium rare sirloin that was overdone and dry and as thin as a minute steak. Although I complained nothing was done about the situation. 3 Weeks ago I ordered a take away pizza and waited 50 minutes for my pizza to arrive - the restaurant was not busy that time. Your waiting and bar staff are exceptionally unprofessional (except for Brenda). I understand this is not a 5 star restaurant, but personal comments toward clients and uncooked, overcooked, dry food - for which I am paying - should not, in any business, be tolerated. I am deeply disappointed in the way this place is being managed. It used to be a lovely, relaxing atmosphere - this is not longer the case. I deeply hope that this will change, but until that time I will no longer support your restaurant.
