Bad Service

I work in CBD and never have I enjoyed going to KFC in adderly street in Cape Town, the service provided by all the cashier are terrible, I've been there more than once and everytime the staff are either ignoring u when u enter the store no acknowledgment whatsoever, all xhosa speaking chating with each other in xhosa when complaining about the unfriendly staff, also absolute no system in place when standing in line to place order. I ended work @ 9pm two nights ago knowing KFC closes @ 10pm ordered zinger wings to be told its almost closing so I can't get it (bearing in mind there was still 1hr b4 close then I was told it will take 8mins for them to make the wings... almost 15mins later after waiting and getting no aknowledgment regarding my wings as was told would take 8mins cashiers just ignored me and spoke to each other and kitchen staff in Xhosa. Me now livid with service demanded my order to b cancelled and money back, then told by cashier that she can't open her till withhout manager, to my shock hearing a manager is available I then asked to get manager to give my cah also to complain. Reply from cashier was "my manager is upstairs in office busy now". I left store @ 9:45nomanage
