Lacking people skills

Was at Primi on Sunday evening with a friend of mine and were assisted by a lovely waitor (Nkosiyabo). We enquired about the happy hour and the manager was very rude in his response. We then enquired about leaving with our drinks, then manager then insulted the previous managers that's allowed us to do that, he compared his resturant to other resturants. The irritating thing about it was that he never once apogised for the misunderstanding previously or try be sutle and nice instead he was rude, and inhuman... very very disappointed at his behaviour, how did he get the job without people skills
