Disgusting behaviour by Manage

On Sunday, we opted to have a chilled meal and drink at Primi V&A as it wasn't full and was playing some nice chilled sundowner music, we were shown to a table with a pleasant views and ordered drinks. Suddenly the pleasant ambiance was killed with jarring Rugby noise from every TV in the restaurant. We made a request for the volume to be turned down, the manager unapologetically told us we can go sit outside in the cold shady area. There were only maybe 10 amongst the 30 odd people who seemed interested in rugby.
My partner's drink had just arrived and he must've only had 2 sips when the music cut and TV noise started. I hadn't received my drink yet so said I'd rather leave. The Manager without any sense of caring gave us a bill with both drinks, we refused to pay for the one which hadn't arrived. While making payment for a beer of which 2 sips were taken, the manager stared at me with aggression while staff ganged up around us to hear what the fuss was about. Disgusting behaviour by the Manager of Primi. Never going back there:(
