Shocking Service

I have been subject to shocking service at The Spur in Brakpan on a number of occasions but on Friday it was the last straw. I took two of my staff members for Breakfast and once again was highly disappointed. It took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and another 10 minutes thereafter to be served the breakfast we ordered. It seems as though the staff including the Manager were on a "go slow" mission. Our table was not cleared after we had finished with our breakfast and the Manager walked past on numerous occasions. We waited for the bill and eventually had to go to the counter in the front to settle it. I would just like to mention that the Restaurant was NOT busy at all... only a few tables were occupied. What happened to fast and efficient service, this is clearly no longer the case!! The staff including the Manager have no idea what customer service is.
