Late Delivery - Poor Quality Cold Pizzas

I ordered Pizza Telephonically for delivery
I ordered at 19:30 and it was only delivered @ 21:00. One and a half hours- that's ridiculous
In addition the Pizza was cold and soggy- pathetic- really!!
Ill have u know that I am a regular customer- check my records.
I can also safely say that this was not the first time I waited this long for delivery.
Not sure that I will buy there again unless there is a suitable recovery
