POOR FOOD SERVICE

Okay so saturday the 2/11/2013 my family and myself decided to go to Spur in promenade mall in mitchells plain seeing that I had to be somewhere that side near the Mall, we decide to have lunch at spur as spur is one of our favourites.we then ordered our food some coloured waiteress helped us, bringing food on her own time and just taking her time with everything, we were 6 people and she only brings 3 placemats and forks etc, my dad then approached and asked her but cant she see we 6 people she then walked away and came back after a while, we then ordered and were served with our food, I orderd steak, baked potatoe onion rings etc, my food came eventually the baked potatoe was half burned and raw inside like freaken mashed potatoe she then surved the ppl behind us and heard i said my potatoe is burnt and half raw and mashes inside, she said they will make me a other one, the manager then cme to apologise to me, and said but thats how they serve there potatoes, i just looked at him and shaked my head and said i dont want anything its fine, out of all the spurs i ate at not once did i ever get a potaoe like taht, poorest and stinkest service ever.
