BAD SERVICE & NO ICE-CREAM

For more than 2 months now, Mc Donalds in Pretoria West does not have ice-cream, how can you not have ice-cream especially now that it is getting warmer.???!!!
The service at this Mc Donalds is pathetic, not once have i been there that i have not had to wait for my order, even if they are not busy you have to wait, something seriously needs to be done at this place, it is terrebile going there!!!
