KFC - Cashiers disgust

WOW,

i cant believe that i would be treated to poorly by a cashier from KFC, on Sunday the 10th November 2013,
i went with my friend and my girl to KFC drive though,

where the lady who took my order kept telling to hurry up cause i am wasting her sensor time, she then reiterated to me how bad "our kind" of people are, mind you she is also black, she was so vulgar with me, that i have 2 witnesses that will attest to such appalling behaviour,

no business is a business without customers, and this is a matter, that disgusted me...

Does KFC hire people who have no sense of pride as to what they do?

please i spent 196.80 on items that i wanted to eat,
even in that they didn't even ring my order right, cause they left out the krusher i wanted to order.

I am completely disgusted at that!!!
such poor service delivery...
