DEDUCTION OF UIF and not yet registered

UIF had been deducted off of my salary every month, I had been dimissed on the 5 of SEPTEMBER 2013 and yet to date I am still not able to claim what is my RIGHT being my UIF and I have been told I must just wait til they are registered, surely that constatuites as? How can companies do such an act and I have to just wait... Its now going on for my 3rd month of unemployment, on pure principal, I will not go and get another job, its unjust that they are allowed to do this and its my right to be able to claim but I can't cause of their actions... Can anyone give me advice on how to go about this... Never mind the fact that 2 months salary was with held from me without any written permission by myself to the managerowner stating he may do so.
