NOT ACCEPTABLE

Just had my soy sauce thrown all over my arm, watch, top and pants by the waiter clearing the sushi bar. The manager Lourens shrugs his shoulders and says sorry, like "what more do you want me to do? " They did offer to clean my clothes but I did not pay a PREMIUM to go and eat out so that I could have someone ruin my clothes at the table! Not impressed and not good enough!! Attitude! We had not been there in years as the service and management was terrible, it changed, we tried it a few times, and will now never ever be back, not for anything, a customer lost that lives around the corner, we shall frequent blow Fish instead, same price, better service every time!!
