Bad service and pathetic attitude

CTFM in Tokai can write me off as a customer for good! All round pathetic service. From the waiter to the manager. Yes, it was understandably busy. So waiting a bit longer for your order is no big deal. However, it becomes a big deal when the manager (Warren) adopts an arrogant, condescing attitude after you complain about the burnt onions in your dish. Then it suddenly becomes a problem that because you are having the Sushi buffet (at as much as you like) and your partner has a piece of sushi from your plate, you are under no circumstances allowed to share your Sushi! Such a big deal was made! (As if though we gobbled up plates and plates of your precious sushi. He had one piece of my sushi. Here's a suggestion, maybe you should indicate on the menu that your guests are not allowed to touch or have a bite of each others food. And kindly inform the waiter that no he did not deserve a tip. A tip is something you earn if your client is a happy and satisfied one. Oh, and I did not need the manager pointing out where the serving utensils are either. Just keep ensuring that your "WHITE" clients are happy. Never mind the rest of us.
