Always Messing up the orde

I am so sick and tired, lets take this morning, ordered toasted egg, cheese and tomato, they ask white or brown toast, i say white, they give brown. Another week order 4 street wise 3's, wings, some burgers and so on, and always there is something missing, like the one burger on that date. But the problem is every time something is missing, chips etc they just forget. I have figured out why this happens, looks like they work on a system where a drive thru order must be out in so many seconds to earn them a bonus, so they try and do the order so fast that they forget half of the stuff, or they make you wait at the ordering window for 2 or 3 min extra to get around the system, and that happens every single time!!! Oh yes and why don't they put salt and sauces in for you, you always have to ask before they do!!! I suppose not putting the salt and sauces in also saves a few seconds, BUT THAT IS FLIPPEN!!! Wake up!!!
