Piatto food is now awful, service terrible

We loved frequenting Piatto, at least twice a month but recently the quality of their food has become horrendous... we've tried various branches hoping to have the experience that we know and love, but alas, the service has gotten worse... Last time we went, Elangeni hotel, we waited over an hour and a half for our food, my lamb chops came with a thick white layer of fat over them, food was cold, chicken schnitzel was tough, ...overall the experience was so unpleasant that my family and I have decided that we will no longer frequent this restaurant at all...
