Worst steak eve

Our family went to Keg and Archer in Eco Boulevard, Centurion for my sons birthday. I order the Keg Prime Cut steak, medium done. What I received was a sub-standard piece of meat, definitively not of the grill, looked as if braised in a pan. No need to use salt as it was so salty you could not taste the meat.

My wifes steak, egg and chips - same thing.
