Curly hair in my coffee!!!

I bought food and coffee at the M&B at the R28 rest stop close to Jhb. When I drank my last sip of coffee a curly, possibly, hair appeared in my mouth. I am disgusted and outraged. Will never buy at any M&B again!!!
