Hair found in breakfast at V&A Waterfront!

Unbelievable experience at Mugg & Bean V&A Waterfront. To my disgust there was a short and curly hair in my breakfast. The manageress, Raynne, did not resolve this issue by offering me either a new breakfast or refund and merely suggested that it was from the mushrooms yet my All American breakfast does not include mushrooms. Ultimately this resulted in me paying for a breakfast and dining experience which was unsatisfactory and disgusting!

The waiter, Nkuli further acknowledged that it was indeed a hair.

Completely and utterly disgusted!
