Unsatisfied and then hair in food

Went to mugg and bean in the northgate mall. First got coffee and no milk. Then got warm milk when asked for cold milk. Still, this is not too troublesome. After waiting for more than 30min for my rise and shine croissant, i found that there was a long black hair over the chicken and cheese. Called the manager, and they took it away and after another 20min i got a croissant back that looked exactly like the previous one and it was cold.so my guess is that the hair was just taken out and gave me the same croissant back and still made me pay for it. This was the first tine ive had such bad service and then find hair in my food too!

very unsatisfied with this mug and bean. Ive always received excellent service from the fourways branch.
