She refused to comply to a request

She was ordered to produce certain portions of chicken, which she bluntly said " I don't know what you want" then we decided to use the retail special of adding on to a meal, then she told us she would not change our order then continuously spoke with her coluegue while we were waiting to receive our order, we ended up using the other worker to receive my goods. She did not show remorse at all for her actions
