Terrible service

Having to wait for 2 Real deal pizzas for 2 hours. And finally when I get back to find out how far my pizzas are and that's when they start making them. And when we ask how far the order is 20 minutes later the teller tells us she's busy with a customer. I'm not sure what that means? We are not important enough beause we have paid already. What bad service. Because we are are in the hood that's the kind of service we deserve?
