Very rude, bad attitude and arrogant

I arrived at Toyota Malalane where I was helped by a person called Werner. He was very rude and arrogant towards me. I have never been spoken to like that even though I was a client. The problem with my vehicle was resolved but if I had a choice I would have got in my car and driven to another Toyota.
