BAD Service

I went to KFC Tokai @ 21:45, when I got to the drive through there was nobody. Then I went around to the collection to ask if they are closed, they took my order from there but told me to come pay inside because I was using a card. When I got inside Mandla helped me to pay, then he left and start cleaning while I was waiting for my food. I then called Siphiwe who said he's the manager and asked him to cancel my order because I was tired of waiting, he told me that they cant refund me. I had to continue waiting until I get my food.
