Worst service and time keeping

Hi, 2day I visted the branch at phoenix plaza to get a few pizzas. It was 11:30 n the two doors were open so I proceeded to walk in to purchase my meal. As I went to the counter, I was told they had no stock and I must come back in a hour. So I then requested the manager who's name is linda. I asked why do I have to wait when they open at 9. He said they open at 11:am on monday cause they do spring cleaning, but it was 11:30. I then stated that it was riduculous as I was hungry now, he then stated that of I tought he was stupid and he may be stupid but not as stupid as me. I find this to be very disapointing coming from your manager. Doesn't he have respect for your customer as its we that pay thay salary!!! Disgarceful
