Shocking Customer Service

Placed and order for three meals, the woman at the window got the order wrong and things had to be voided. I assumed that all is good after confirming everything was alright now.

When i arrived at home one of the meals were missing (Chicken nuggets) including the game labels. I then called customer care number on the slip and spoke with a woman called Anthea, she said i must go back and say I spoke with her and they would give my nuggets.

When i arrived and spoke with a man called Elvis, witch was helpful he quickly brought out the missing meal. I Checked the meal and the game labeles where still missing.

I then went inside and very calmly asked a woman about it and she procceded to complitly ingnore me, when i asked for her name she refused to turn around and give it to me, she procceded to intentially face her back to me so i was unable to see her name tag. she eventually turned around and in that very rude way we all now so well said "There is my name" Grace Safa

I spoke to another woman Jolen from customer care, I told her I do not want a manger to contact me for any sort of free meal, I just want to know what disiplinury action is going to take place.
