Terrible service not impressed at all

I would like to bring to your attention that I was at you restaurant at 11h00 this morning to place an order for cheese burger & as well quarter chicken and rice.
When I paid for it this morning I advised that I would like delivery at 12h45. At 12h50 I phoned through to the restaurant only to listen to music and the phone not being picked up. I requested my colleague Tracey to call while I walk to you restaurant again as you'll failed to deliver on time. She sent me a bbm when I was entering your gate to say the delivery is coming this mind you is 15 minutes later. The reason for requesting a certain time was because this order was part of another order for a management meeting I had. Their lunch was scheduled for 13h00 obviously I still need to set up so that when they come out at 13h00 everything is ready. Unfortunately this was not the case
Aside from making me look incompetent in front of my executive and CE I had to come to your restaurant AGAIN to collect the food not forgetting I had already been charged a delivery fee, don't know what for as I collected the food myself.
