Wrong order for the thrid time

I work close to the Mc Donalds in Menlyn shopping centre and purchase from them quite often, always as a take away.

I am very unhappy with my order that has been given to me wrong for the third time now. I always order a Spicy Grand chicken meal. It has been three times now that when I get back to my work and open the burger box, it has not been spicy after specifically ordering it. I do not have the time to go back and sort it out because I am limited with my lunch time.

I will like to know what will be done about this in order for the situation to stop happening, and if any compensation is given to cases like this?

Please advise.
