Horrible service and disgusting attitude

I went to steers to buy coffee as I normally do after my running session, when we got there we were attended to by a girl called Cindy, we asked her which coffees they were serving and her response was they are written there I thought you are reading, and we responded that its far the writtings are not really clear. we ordered, she pulled out one cup and looked around and disappeared to the back, still said nothing and handed us the one coffe and my partner pointed out to her that we had ordered two to which she responded *what is that? *she didn't apologise for the delay. I told her that the way she was handling her self was not nice, she said I shouldn't talk to her like that cos she didn't invite us to buy, she added that she doesn't stand outside witha whistle to ask people to buy. its not the first time she is giving bad service with bad attitude. What made it worse, the manager just sat there and said nothing to intervene. I would love to believe that steers runs a business to generate profit, but those profits and how much business you get is mostly determined by customer satisfaction.
